Our internet banking service is available 24 hours a day.
Under the Financial Services Reform Act we are obliged to
provide you with a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for
our On-line Services to help you make an informed decision
on whether to use our On-line services.
This PDS includes:
- Details on our internet banking service and Phone Banking
on this site and Please read your PDS and its terms and
conditions carefully.
- Always retain a copy of all PDS documents for future reference.
- Fitzroy and Carlton Community Credit Co-operative Ltd.,
is the product issuer for all advertised products unless
stated otherwise.
- With internet banking you can:
- Transfer funds electronically (EFT) to other financial
institutions
- View current balances on all your savings, investment,
and loan accounts
- Review and print your account transactions in detail
- See the interest earned and paid for the previous financial
year
- Confirm your payroll and other direct credits and their
allocations
- View and modify maturity instructions for your Investment

THINGS TO REMEMBER
- You must take proper precautions to ensure that your PIN
is not lost, stolen or used without your permission.
- There are also inherent risks associated with EFT transactions.
Although we take all precautions, the security of electronically
initiated transactions can never be guaranteed.
- You may also be liable for unauthorised use of your card.
You should refer to the Conditions of Use for each card
for your liability for unauthorised use of the card and
ways in you can minimise the risk of a security breach.
- You may withdraw, transfer or pay funds up to a maximum
of $1,000 per day. Other third party organisations may impose
additional restrictions on the amount of funds which may
be withdrawn, transferred or paid.
- Always protect your PIN and passwords. Do not reveal PINs
or passwords to anyone.
- Always maintain sufficient funds in your accounts to cover
payments you wish to make.
- Transaction fees may apply to your accounts. No fees apply
to On-line Services. Refer to our Fees
and Charges and Privacy
Policy brochure for details.
- If your PIN is misused, lost or stolen, or if you suspect
that your PIN has become known to someone else, or you suspect
an unauthorised use of your account, notify us as soon possible
by calling 03 9419 4533.
- If you unreasonably delay notifying us of the misuse,
loss or theft of a card or of the PIN becoming known to
someone else, your possible loss as a result of unauthorised
transactions of your account may increase.
- Internet banking is only available to Members of Fitzroy
and Carlton Community Credit Co-operative.
